Engineering Records Librarian/Archivist (PPM II)

Description

Are you a technically minded librarian/archivist interested in the history of infrastructure in Western Washington?  This position is an opportunity to work on a fun and collaborative team who is dedicated to water quality, process improvement and producing quality designs to improve the Wastewater Treatment Divisions (WTD) Conveyance and Treatment Systems.

We are looking for a librarian/archivist who can manage our Engineering Content Management System (ECMS), which includes cataloging engineering drawings, transferring record drawings into the ECMS database for operations incorporation into master drawings, managing the database and providing customer support to internal and external requests for engineering drawings. This role will help ensure WTD has accurate records of built infrastructure. 

This position follows a hybrid work model, blending remote and in-person work.
